Interior Design Standard Package:

Based on the provided CAD file of the location, we will conduct a physical verification of all existing space measurements. This process, known as site surveying, ensures accuracy for all subsequent design work.

Following the site survey, we will deliver:

 -2D and 3D space layouts of the existing area

 -2D an-d 3D interior design layouts developed to a 1:1 level of detail

 -Interior design concept and mood board, including material samples

 -Presentations in 2D and 3D, featuring models and visualizations

-Final 3D interior design approval, culminating in client sign-off

Both the 2D and 3D plans will comprehensively include:

 -2D and 3D views of each plan

 -Furniture layouts

 -Technical drawings

 -Realistic renders (up to 5 images per room)

 -Individual mood boards for each room

 -Detailed specifications of furniture, wall finishes, and other materials

This approach ensures a thorough, visually rich, and fully documented design process, providing the client with complete clarity and confidence in the final outcome.

Terms and conditions:

 

1. Payments

For all projects, whether private or commercial, a 50% deposit is required prior to the start of the project. The remaining 50% is due before the delivery of the final printed design.

Payments may be made via cash or bank transfer only.

If a client chooses to terminate the project during the early stages (after the first design variant has been created), the decision to refund the deposit will remain at our discretion.

In the case of commercial or residential contracts, if payments from the Client to AB Design are not made within the agreed time, AB Design reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1% / week.

2. Design

For all projects, whether private or commercial, two initial design concepts will be presented. Based on these, a third concept will be developed and delivered as the final design project.

3. Promotional Periods

To qualify for any promotional discounts, the deposit must be paid within the specified promotional period.

4. Additional Terms

A complete set of terms and conditions will be provided to the client prior to signing the contract.

5. Project Timeline

Initial Design Options
Within a maximum of 21 days, we will present the first two layout options for your space.

Client Review
The client will have up to 7 days to review and provide feedback on the proposed options.

Final Interior Design Proposal Update
Following the review, we will prepare the updated final interior design proposal within 7 days.

Final Design Acceptance
The client will have up to 3 days to approve the final design.

Final Documentation Preparation
Upon acceptance, the final documentation will be prepared within a maximum of 5 days.

Final Payment
